A groundbreaking report released by the New York Post® alleges that the Virginia Military Institute® operated freely on a racist and sexist ideology, impacting thousands of cadets.
A 145-page report compiled by an outside law firm found that "racial slurs and jokes are not uncommon" and "contribute to an atmosphere of hostility towards minorities".
